This medication should be taken till the course finishes even if the patient feels good after few tablets. If this is not followed, then there are chances that the infections might come back with renewed energy. Patients of fungal disease should under no situations be exposed to sunlight as Grisactin increases sensitivity of the body to sunlight and this leads to a burning sensation in the body.

Patients who are allergic by nature or have shown allergic reactions cannot be given Grisactin and also those who have had porphyria or some sort of liver disease. It has still not been found whether Grisactin Ultra pregnant woman or not. However, in certain cases, doctors have doubted Grisactin as the cause of the happening of conjoined twins. In case of pregnant woman the medication should never be taken without consulting the doctor. There might be serious consequences as Grisactin might pass into the breast milk. Doctor should also be consulted regarding the consumption of this medication if a female is breast-feeding her baby. There are other serious fall outs of Grisactin as well. It might affect the sperm production. It is highly recommended that men should not father a child while being treated by Grisactin and also for the following 6 months after the treatments.

The medicine should be taken as per the direction of the doctor as it may cause serious consequences if it is not. Each tablet should be consumed with glass full of water. To ensure that correct dose is being taken, the liquid must be measured with a dose-measuring spoon or cup.
